When you complete our inspection request form or call us, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The property address and ZIP code where work would be performed
- Details about your roof and project — service type, ownership status, and timeline
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a call, text, or email
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring website
- Advertising identifiers — click identifiers such as Google Click ID (gclid) and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term) that tell us which ad or search brought you here

Call and text records
If you call a phone number shown on this site, that call may be routed through a call tracking service that records the calling number, call time, duration, and the ad or page that generated the call. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. Where recording occurs, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or telling us directly. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional communications related to a project you have hired us for.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who operate our business under contract — website and form hosting, customer relationship management, call tracking, email delivery, and analytics providers
- Advertising platforms — we may share hashed (encrypted) contact information with platforms such as Google to measure ad performance and reduce wasted ad spend. This does not permit those platforms to market to you on behalf of others.
- Financing partners — only if you ask us about financing, and only the information needed to present options to you
- Your insurance carrier or adjuster — only if you ask us to assist with a claim
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
- Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising performance. These may include analytics cookies and advertising cookies set by Google.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for them.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. Where we perform work, we retain project, warranty, and payment records for the duration of the warranty period plus any additional time required by law or our insurers. You may ask us to delete your information sooner — see Section 7.

- Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, warranty, or accounting purposes

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
