2. Pricing Information
Any prices, ranges, per-square rates, or example totals shown on this site are estimates for general planning purposes only. They are not offers, quotes, or contracts. Actual pricing depends on factors measured at inspection, including roof square footage, pitch, number of existing layers, decking condition, access, material selection, and scope of work.
A binding price is established only in a written proposal signed by both you and Pine Roof Co. In the event of any conflict between this website and your signed proposal, the signed proposal controls.
3. Inspections and Reports
Our complimentary inspection and written roof report reflect the condition of accessible areas observed on the date of inspection. An inspection is not an exhaustive structural, engineering, mold, or code-compliance evaluation, and conditions concealed by finished surfaces, snow, ice, or stored materials may not be identified. Remaining-life estimates are professional opinions based on observed condition, not guarantees of future performance.
We reserve the right to decline to inspect a property for safety, access, scheduling, or service-area reasons.
4. Warranty
Roofing systems we install are covered by our written workmanship warranty, which is delivered to you upon project completion. That document — not this website — sets out the full terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures of the warranty.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's own terms and registration requirements. Pine Roof Co. does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.
5. Financing
Any financing is provided by third-party lenders, not by Pine Roof Co. Approval, rates, terms, and monthly payment amounts are determined solely by the lender based on your creditworthiness and other factors. Any monthly figure shown on this site is illustrative only and is not an offer of credit or a representation that you will qualify for any particular rate or term.
6. Insurance Claims
We may assist you by documenting damage and meeting with your insurance adjuster. We are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or legal representative, and we do not negotiate claims on your behalf or provide advice on coverage. Coverage decisions rest solely with your insurance carrier. You remain responsible for your policy obligations, including your deductible.
7. Communications
By submitting your information or calling us, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email regarding your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.
